“Firstly the font is so so so much smaller than appeared on the example on the screen. Secondly it's very difficult to position the stamp in the right place in between the writing on the label. Keep ending up getting it over the writing above so it's illegible. And how do you stamp bottles!? I thought I could slowly stamp in a curve but what happens is that it smudges and again illegible.
I think I'll have to go back to sticky labels :((((”

!I am sorry that you are disappointed with the font you chose. We have a print function (just under the icons bit) where customers are encouraged to print their design. This way they can see how their design looks in actual size and match up to care labels to see if it fits. We will review this function this year and try and see how we can make the print function more visible to customers.
As we mention in our FAQ's, we can't guarantee that the ink will work on plastic. Plastic manufacturers use different coatings and so whilst some customers report great results on plastic items, others do not.
The ink is best for fabric and the best place to stamp is on care labels.
I have offered a full refund by email but not received a response.

“I contacted customer service about a problem with my product. The ink washed off after 1 wash!! I have not heard back from them since an original email asking for my order number. I?m still waiting to have this resolved.... not impressed st all”
Hi thereWe did contact you to ask for your order number and to kindly request for your order to be returned to us so we can investigate but regrettably you have not yet done so. As soon as you return your order we will be happy to investigate. Please note for best results we recommend stamping on care labels not directly on fabric and I suspect this is why the ink has washed off. The ink will last 50 washes on care labels withhout fading. “Not really impressed... children have been back at school 6 days now and I'm already having to restamp their school tshirts after being washed! It's not like they've worn the same tshirts 6 times either! Phoned up to speak to someone and was really fobbed off... 'stamp the clothes label and not the clothes' she said - don't remember reading that on there, sure it said it stamps anything!”

Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We regret that Royal Mail did not deliver your order. We send out thousands of orders every year and unfortunately for some reason Royal Mail decided not to deliver yours. The yellow self inking stamp is a very light yellow. If you would like to take a photo of a stamped piece of paper I would be very happy to investigate for you and if it's not suitable then perhaps we can switch if for another colour for you. I am just following up on your feefo review from last year and wanted to check that your order arrived? We shipped out the original order to you on September the 6th and then when you contacted us to let us know it hadn't arrived we shipped a brand new order on October 9th. Before we did so we telephoned to double checke your address.

“I was disappointed with my order as I changed from one line to two line whilst adding my daughters name, having realised that I would need to change the font size if I kept it at one line. However when you select a two line option it doesn't reset the original font size on both lines so I now have a stamp with different font sizes on each line. I have emailed however this is allowed to let the customer create a unique stamp.”
Hi thank you for your feedback. When changing the font on one of the lines it doesn't automatically change the other. They are both treated as separate fields to give as much variety as possible when designing the name stamp. The design created by the customer is shown in the preview, there is an option to print out the design to see how your design looks in real life and actual size and we also ask the customer to check a box to confirm that they are happy with the way their stamp looks. We received your order on Saturday 2nd September at 11.09am and sent a confirmation email immediately at 11.09am. Your order was dispatched Monday 4th September at 2.22pm and we sent a shipping confirmation email at 2.24pm.
I am so disappointed your order wasn't delivered by Royal Mail. As soon as we found out we emailed you to check your address.
As soon as we had your address confirmed we sent out another replacement order free of charge.
I did send a follow up courtesy email to check that your order arrived but have not received a reply. I trust this means that your order arrived and I'm sorry that Royal Mail did not deliver the first order.

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback via Feefo. As soon as we heard via Feefo that your order had not arrived in Australia we emailed you to try and establish where your order was. Upon searching the tracking number we discovered that your order had been returned to the UK as (according to Australian postal service) your postal address was incomplete because it contained a PO Box.
We suggested that perhaps we could send out a replacement order to you at no further cost to yourself and I am really happy to hear that it arrived today. The second set took just 7 days to arrive. The first set has since arrived back with us!
