This is the 4th stamp in a row that has not been made to the spec signed off by us. Since stampit was brought out quality and speed of service have both drastically diminished! Very very disappointing. What was a great company has been killed in the take over.

It's a long, painful story, which still has no resolution. I'm disappointed with the company, the service and the product. And I'm mainly putting this review here so that someone high up in customer service can help me get the product I paid for and was so excited to purchase.

I understand from speaking to our customer service team you were not receiving our emails and that our customer team called you today to explain to you how to attach the embosser plates to the machine. They come separately in the box as it is a long reach embosser so it means when it is shipped it will not be damaged in transit. Although they gave quick delivery, the product that I received was very poor. The design process was too complicated and didn't work very well by the looks of things.

I would never purchase anything from Stampit ever again, and cannot recommend them. I placed an order with them for a specific style of stamp that cost £53.99. Rather than message me to inform me that they no longer stocked the item, they sent me a poor quality stamp that cost half the price, along with an invoice for the more expensive stamp I had ordered. When I emailed them to inform them that they had sent me the incorrect item, they said they no longer stocked the item - which was still on their website! They issued a refund, but never apologized and what they sent me was binned as it was unusable

Stamp received that wasn't what I ordered (completely different) and when it finally arrived it was missing a border. The design was proof read at it was still incorrectly supplied. THIRD TIME LUCKY ? :(

Not returning calls, not answering emails and NOT shipping orders. The only thing they have done correctly so far is taken my money. Royal Mail states that they are waiting on Stampit to hand the item to them. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but when a company doesn't answer your emails or calls, what more can you do? I would shop somewhere else if I was you. 09/09/22

I'm reluctantly having to resort to leaving a review in order for the company to return my emails/calls...as they have so far refused to do either. I am waiting on an order and only want to be updated as apparently it is "shipped" but royal mail are yet to receive it...leaving my order in limbo somewhere. My emails and web chats have been ignored and i have even been hung up on...funny, they were very responsive prior to taking my money. I wouldnt be so miffed had i not spent nearly £150 on one stamp! Please don't be one of THOSE companies that takes my money and runs.

My item was poor quality and and not as described. My stamp was not oak or varnished as per the description. The stamp itself was not stuck down properly. I paid three times as much for next day delivery and the item was sent via 2nd class tracked option.

Ordered a £150 embossing stamp. Later, I received a 'dispatch confirmation ' email saying 'Your Stampit order has shipped" (shipment number #000001569, if Stampit are bothered about this). 8 days later, nothing. So I emailed Stampit to ask where it was, to be told that my order would be shipped that day, and will take 2-5 days to arrive. I mailed back asking why I received the "order shipped' email, then. No response. In the meanwhile, I get an invitation to review the product, which has not yet been received. Numpties. Never again.

I gave my custom to Stampit and regrettably so. On the 8th July I placed an order for an embossing tool and 100 embossing wafers. As of 28th July (today) I still have not received the embossing wafer segment of my order. That's almost 3 weeks. I have been charged though. I contacted Stampit via email on the 25th July to enquire as to where the missing part of my order was. They didn't bother to reply. On the 27th July, I actually contacted Stampit by phone at 9am. I was informed that the embossing wafers I had ordered (and been charged for) were actually out of stock and so Stampit had to ask their supplier to send them to me. I was apparently to be told of this via the invoice that was apparently sent to me with my embossing tool. Just one issue -- I was never given an invoice with the one part of my order which did arrive. I was told by the Stampit staff member on the phone that he would follow up my issue and contact the supplier about my missing order and get back to me -- either via phone or email. I waited all day -- no reply. If the item I ordered was out of stock, this information should have been presented on the website at the point of ordering. It wasn't. And unbeknown to me, payment was taken from me for an item that wasn't available at the time. I do not believe this was proper conduct -- it placed me, the paying customer, in a position of waiting on an item which wasn't physically available and which Stampit were trying to make available to me via their supplier. I am still at the moment of writing this review without my the item I have paid for -- and no-one, prior to my email being ignored and my contacting them via telephone, bothered to inform me of this underlying issue. I would urge anyone contemplating placing an order to seriously reconsider. My experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I ordered an embosser (17/06/22) from here which was meant to be able to emboss 90gsm paper minimum. The embosser which had my Business logo put onto it didn't work. When getting in contact with Daniel at Stampit via message on (25/06/22), he advised that I sent it back and also include any paper that I had tried to emboss (27/06/22). Well I did this, then heard nothing from Daniel or Dwaine. After a while both myself and partner called Stampit and spoke with Dwaine, he said that only Daniel can deal with it and he's too busy to talk to us! on the (12/07/22), after still not hearing anything from them, I emailed Daniel again!! I asked what was happening with the embosser? and because they hadn't bothered to get back to me, I asked for a full refund. Well guess what..... still NO response!!! Well my partner called Stampit on (20/07/22) and asked Dwaine to please sort out a full refund as we have been waiting a long time for them to sort out the issue and we've had enough. Dwaine said that only Daniel can authorise a refund and that he would get Daniel to call us back. HE NEVER DID!!! On the (22/07/22) I left an answerphone message for someone to please call me back to get this issue resolved. NO ONE DID!! Finally on (23/07/22), Dwaine answered the phone, again after a lot of frustration on my part was told again by Dwaine that only Daniel can authorise my refund!! so I asked nicely if Daniel can please give me 5 minutes to do this as this had been going on for far too long and he NEVER calls me back. Dwaine said , No Daniel is too busy!!! well as you can imagine as this point, I'd had enough!! I told Dwaine that I also have a business to run and this is not how you treat people, I had taken so much time out of my business to chase their business for a refund, which should have just been a straight forward transaction, instead it had been dragged out for a month. Dwaine asked Daniel if he would talk to me quickly and he said NO!! I informed Dwaine that if I do not have a full refund with in the next hour I will be leaving this feedback on here!! I finally received my refund....... 30 minutes later!!! I decided to leave this review, as I simply feel that this company and how it has treated me is far from professional. No proper apology given.

i do not recommend this, i bought several clothing stamps, and they arrived on time and looked good. After i stamped the children's clothing they looked alright, the problem came after washing, it was unreadable. After contacting the company for a refund the manager kept ignoring my emails and not answering my phone calls. I was informed that the stamps are good only for a specific fabric and not like advertised for cloth (general cloth). So do not recommend it.

Very poor. The stamp does not create a viable image with 120 paper. I have sent a letter with samples from your stamp and another stamp I have for a previous company. I expect a suitable response before the end of the week or I will tell my bank to void the transaction.

Purchased a Paper Embosser (Ideal Seal) for £54.99 Rather disappointed with quality as the embossing plate is plastic, not metal. I’ve purchased a paper embosser from Alibaba.com for a quarter of the price and the embossing plate was metal which embossed much better.

Hi Essa So we checked your order that was shipped the very next day after you placed the order. You sent 2 emails on Monday the 18th ( Bank Holiday) when we were closed and then today the 19th that we replied right away to as we returned from a bank holiday weekend.
I made a mistake after ordering my stamp , I’ve contacted by email immediately the staff asking them to cancell this as I was placing a new order with the correct one . They did not only not respond to my email , also they charged me on twice transactions the delivery fee but sent both in the same parcel . I’ve sent already two emails and I am feeling completely ignored .
