My order was initially late, then apparently forgotten. Twice. It took 2 months for the stamp to arrive. This experience has been very disappointing.

I don’t know I haven’t received my order even though it was sent a week ago. Checked the tracking on Royal Mail and states they haven’t received the parcel from stampit. Emailed this morning and was told the system was down and they would get back to me and no one has got back to me this afternoon.

I haven't received my order! I haven't received my order. Although I received confirmation of my order being shipped, Royal Mail is still waiting for the item from Stampit. I don't think they posted or even made the product. Terrible experience! I emailed days ago, and they only sent an automatic reply saying, "system is currently down" Now they don't answer phone calls. Poor customer service. I'm waiting for an answer to my cancellation email from a real human being.

Absolutely awful experience I've ever had. Order been placed on 28 Dec. , delivered on 23 of Jan. Customer service - liars !!!. Usually I'm not writing bad reviews, but sorry not this time.

We were closed from the 28th of December to the 4th which meant we had a number of orders placed during our time off that we had to manage, resulting in a later delivery date. Not a great experiece ... 24hrs was the headline - but 4x working days later no stamp was despatched .... They don't pick up the phone .... Seem to use Royal Mail pre-advice to make it appear the package is ready to despatch when it hasn't been started .... And then when it was despatched - it was put in a brown envelope (not even a jiffy bag), so unfortunately the envelope was damaged and the stamp lost .... Paid the money on the 11th Jan - received broken brown envelope on 21st ....

Hi Peter Thank you for getting in touch although I am sorry it has been necessary for you to do so. I have passed your details over to our Customer Service team who will be in touch in regards to your stamp not arriving with the package and to arrange for a replacement. We do not ship items in jiffy bags as it does not fit in with our green credentials but it should have been wrapped sufficiently to avoid tearing in the package. Many thanks Stampit

Took a month to arrive. I ordered stickers which look like I’ve printed them myself it’s such low quality and even worse they’ve come on a4 sheets of paper so I can’t give them to customers. There’s no product explanation so I went off the example picture which was obviously a mistake. Waste of £78 as these aren’t even good enough for packaging due to lack of coating.

Service is poor, order My items on the 16th December. Still waiting although they were dispatched on the 20th Dec. Then I received an email asking me to rate my item, although I haven't receive it. Try to call stampit to get them to contact courier but they kept sending me to busy tone, or hang up without answering. Not improve

On ordering I expected delivery in 3 or 4 days, had to chase my order twice, first told production was delayed a week, then told it would be in the new year, this didn't work for me so asked for a refund, now having to chase this for the second time!!

Sadly our order never arrived and our emails requesting an update never received a reply from the supplier. All in all a poor experience.

Ordered a stamp 3+ weeks ago & paid for 1st class tracked. I then got an email the day after to say it has been shipped, but 4 days after this email, I contacted them to chase up its ETA, which I was informed that it “was dispatched yesterday morning”. 4 days later the tracking site with Royal Mail said that they still hadn’t received it, so I chased up customer service at Stampit again where they said that it was supposed to be posted the day before and tried to blame it on the Royal Mail strikes!?! Clearly hadn’t read the email chain and lied to me!! Still haven’t received the stamp, wish I ordered it from elsewhere. Appalling and disappointing customer service.
