I made a mistake after ordering my stamp , I’ve contacted by email immediately the staff asking them to cancell this as I was placing a new order with the correct one .
They did not only not respond to my email , also they charged me on twice transactions the delivery fee but sent both in the same parcel .
I’ve sent already two emails and I am feeling completely ignored .
