“I did not get my items and no one replay any emails”

Hi Essa So we checked your order that was shipped the very next day after you placed the order. You sent 2 emails on Monday the 18th ( Bank Holiday) when we were closed and then today the 19th that we replied right away to as we returned from a bank holiday weekend.

“I made a mistake after ordering my stamp , I’ve contacted by email immediately the staff asking them to cancell this as I was placing a new order with the correct one . They did not only not respond to my email , also they charged me on twice transactions the delivery fee but sent both in the same parcel . I’ve sent already two emails and I am feeling completely ignored .”

“Spent over £60 for 3 small stamps. Sent second class? Hadn't even arrived. It's been about a week. Missed my project. I would have thought, if I spend this much, I would at the very least get 1st class? Not arrived?!? Please can you put the money back into my account. Thanks”

“The stamp itself is a reasonable image and has been successful in converting my image to an actual stamp. Sadly, I would describe it as a relatively low quality final item. The unique design stamp is fixed to a standard block with a couple of double sided sticky pads. These are not very well stuck to the nylon block and I don't expect them to last particularly long. The Stazon ink provided does not dry very quickly and I have found it to rub off very easily. In summary, I would say this is fine for light stamping on paper or card, but definitely not a good solution for making golf balls. And the price certainly fits not represent good value. Instead, I would recommend stampyourballs.com as the best product at much lower cost.”

“Order never arrived. First replacement never arrived. Second replacement arrived but the quality was poor so the stamp smudged. Customer service was disappointing with little update and requirement for me to chase myself.”

“I ordered a replacement insert but turned out that what I got was replacement plates on my old insert. I'm pretty sure these inserts I saw on the website woud have worked in my embosser but the person I spoke to was really not into hearing me and didn't explain anything. I lost my old embossing plates in the process, which I was not told in advance and am really disappointed about. The new plates don't work as nice as the old ones. Took over 3-4 weeks for the order to be completed when the quote said 24hr.”

“Unprofessional, I haven't recieved my parcel and they send me an email asking for a review of a parcel I am still yet to receive. When ordering I was under the impression I would receive my parcel around the estimated delivery, and I thought that was only fair for the price I paid for their products. Its quite shambolic of me to even be writing a review for products I haven't even received and I don't know if I will even receive them at this point.”

We are struggling right now with Royal mail deliveries and is causing major delays for most companies not just ours. “Ordered an item, was delivered late. When it arrived, it included incorrect items. When i was told it would be recitfied, no further contact. Emails/phone calls went unanswered. When i finally got hold of them, they were not helpful. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved, 2 months later. First rule of any business in this field is customer service. Doesn't fill me with confidence dealing with this company.”
