My order has not arrived. My email about this has not had a response. I will not buy from this company again and l suggest others do not either.

The help with the artwork was good. I never received the items I ordered. Their system said it was complete when it hadn't been started (custom embosser). They apparently had a cyber attack earlier in the year which they've yet to resolve in their systems. I asked for a refund and am waiting to see if I receive it. I'd avoid and pay a bit more somewhere else.

Not a good experience. You should have checked that the stamp worked before sending it out. And further your lack of response to.my complaint is not satisfactory

Ordered handstamp 06 July. Two weeks later no sign of it. No word from Stampit, except to ask if I was satisfied with my order??? I think they have a sense of humour.

When stamping on glass we recommend allowing 5 minutes for the ink to dry, as this is a non-porous surface sometimes dry times can be a little longer than this as a result of the air humidity. I would give it NO STARS Completly useless Please find attached best we can do and size this would have to be Thanks Alana Attachment(s) AM2906 EILEEN.pdf This attachment they sent me was different to the one I received, its got a curl on the top of the B which is not on the attachment, also got double lines at the bottom of the vase I even phoned the office and discussed what l wanted.

Paid for express delivery but the stamp wasn't dispatched for almost a week - chased this with customer services who weren't particularly helpful. When the stamp finally arrived it was wrong and didn't match the design/instructions uploaded. Informed the customer service team about this mishap who again were not particularly bothered that the stamp was both late and incorrect. A new stamp was made and sent out but again this took quite a while, even though express shipping had been selected initially and that they had made the wrong stamp.

Ordered a stamp 2 years ago and it was very good and acrylic base whoever ordered 2 stamps same size last week costing nearly £200. When they were delivered they were in a heavy wood with broken handles and one didn’t even have a handle, the would had splinters all over which can easily go into your fingers while using stamp itself. The ink box all dented. Emailed them photos and they refunded my money straight away so Amat photos attached . The person on the other said they must have been damaged in transit whoever they didn’t even have a handle on one of stamps. I wouldn’t use them again as the stamps are very poor quality, cutting corners and using cheap quality products! not sure know why they state Premium Stamps with such poor quality! Ordered new stamps form another company instead!

We went for this as it stated it was waterproof ink, taking a good few washes to get the skin-safe ink off, but that is not the case, it comes off straight away!

Long wait to receive. Wrong size sent. Artwork reversed. embosser removes ink from print. Apart from that it's great.

Bought an embosser a month ago, still haven't received my order yet. If I could give it less than 1 star I would, have sent numerous emails to chase them, keep getting told that it's being sent out on this day or this day...but it never does, think I'm just being told lies at this point? Been told that their system was down so gave them the benefit of the doubt, (order was placed before it went down) but here I am still waiting patiently, wish I'd gone elsewhere as they've wasted a lot of my time. I had high hopes and was very excited for my order, but now that's gone and I wouldn't recommend it. Can't comment on the actual product however as I still don't have it.

I chose this company because they promised and advertised pre-Christmas delivery. It arrived a month late. I was sent confirmation it had been dispatched (this was apparently sent in error). I was only advised it would be late when I chased the order myself. No effort was made to contact me to allow me to cancel. The above would be forgiven if the quality was good. If you press the clamps together lightly it leaves half an impression and if you apply any more pressure it rips the paper. It doesn't matter how careful you are. The stamp pads are plastic and sharp. So disappointed, especially as it was meant to be a special gift. Would not recommend at all.

I don’t know I haven’t received my order even though it was sent a week ago. Checked the tracking on Royal Mail and states they haven’t received the parcel from stampit. Emailed this morning and was told the system was down and they would get back to me and no one has got back to me this afternoon.
