The stamp.is not working, I send pictures and the lady says that is not assembled well and i make pictures to show that actually the assembly is right and never received feedback from the company

I paid for my stamp but never received a shipping email nor the stamp. I did, however, receive an email to leave a rating. So, based on my service so far, my rating is very poor and I do not recommend using this company.

I have not received my orders and I have already informed the team a few times and no one can tell me what happened to my orders. You who asked me to pay by credit card over the phone and sent me a proof of payment since 7/17, but now you keep saying that the orders were sent and so far I haven't received anything at all! Now I have my project stopped because you did not do your part. And I said if the amount was charged wrong, make a note that I pay the difference, but pay the product all over again not because I already paid and forwarded the receipts.

For £39.99 i expected a stamp that is pretty robust. On an ordinary sheet of A4, the imprint is barely noticeable. Sorry cannt recommend.

Extremely poor service. On the website it states 1-3 working days, I placed the order 4th May, and received it 26th May, with the Virus being used as an excuse for over 3 weeks delivery! Absolutely astonishing and such a shame they had to be dishonest about delaying my order due to delivery, I have received many deliveries in the past month within a week, this is including from normal snail mail second class.

I ordered a blue stamp and twice a black stamp was sent out. This was a gift for a friend and she was not too happy about it especially as her husband had got black ink all over this hands trying to change the ink pad! I have now spoken to David from Stampit and he is sorting it all out. I hope this does the trick.

Happy with my stamps, but problems arose when ordering refill ink pads. I ordered two which were the wrong size, my fault, so contacted Stampit to ask if I could return and swap them. I was told to return them to initiate the exchange, so I returned them in their original packaging. A few days later I receive the original package (with new postage), with both incorrect ink pads unwrapped and ink all over my fingers as I inspected them. They had clearly been handled and thrown back in the box, with my note and re-sent, my request ignored. The ink pads were already useless to me and now they cannot be returned!! Appalled at the shoddy nature of the transaction!

I am bitterly disappointed with the service. The logo was already ready and needed only a couple of measures in digital, and this has taken more than 2 weeks of waiting. The communication was slow and unsatisfactory.

Item sent was not what I ordered. I specifically asked for a clay stamp and was told what to order. It came as a regular stamp. After many days of trying to reach seller she responded that she would send the correct stamp. After not receiving a re placement I tried again and was promised a replacement.

Hi Nancy - what this on here : Tracking no. 3204738170000800DB96F Your item was delivered on 19-12-2018.
I ordered my on stamp on 4/11/18 with a next day delivery all paid for in advance. I was shocked to receive an email from Dwaine Richardson at 18:10 on the 5-11-18 when my order was supposed despatched saying that my stamp would not be delivered as it has failed a quality check! And in the 6-11-18 the actual date that I was supposed to receive my stamp, is when I got proof reading and my stamp was sent after that, anyway I got it on the 7/11/18 despite paying for next day delivery with my order on the 4/11/18. Dwaine’s excuse was because he was busy going through his emails, he obviously doesn’t know how to prioritise his work for next day delivery, otherwise he would have phoned me immediately to advise on late delivery or any changes needed on my order. Learn to prioritise and deliver as per Agreement.

We can only do stamps to the size our customers request and looking at your design they where wonderful but 15mm is very small. Please contact us so we can help you with this.

Wrong stamp, no dispatch notice and sent to the wrong address. Not much else that could have gone wrong.
