“I purchased the LH Orlando 18 Jet Whirlpool Corner Bath and upgraded to the SuperCast as I also have a shower over the bath. I could not be more happy with the whirlpool and the service I received. The Whirlpool shop keep me informed re. the delivery and where happy to contact my builder directly which really helped.”

“Unable to comment on the operation of the bath just yet as installation is yet to be completed. My bathroom is being completely renovated and a separate shower room is currently under construction. As for the actual purchase and delivery of the bath, all went very well and the original contact with Whirlpool Bath Shop was a pleasure and they were most helpful and courteous. I was very surprised with the delivery in that, possibly being a little naive, the consignment was very large! It consisted of no less than 4 wooden pallets screwed together to form a very rigid and unfortunately heavy support structure for the bath. It was then wrapped in a very thick polythene 'shrinkwrap'. I am most surprised that one is expected to sign for the delivery as received in good condition, when there is no way one can expect the driver to wait while it is completely unpacked and checked over!! Needless to say I didn't!! From what I have seen thus far of the actual bath, it looks superb. I would certainly be quite prepared to write a further review and possibly even add a photo or two, when installation and the remainder of the totally modernised bathroom has been completed and I have been able to make full use of it.”

“Ordered a corner whirlpool bath. Quick delivery and good comparative price. All order received ok...just initially concerned with the heavy repeat emphasis made on checking the delivery as no claim for return afterwards, which is very difficult to deal with based on the size of the item and the fact that it was put on a frame pallet and in wrapping terms, it was basically just put on the pallet and cling film wrapped so could easily get damaged in transit. Equally the delivery guy did not want to hang around... Having said all this the product appears to be fine so at this stage we are pleased with it. Just looking forward to using it once installed. Would use The Whirlpool Bath Shop again, based on this experience.”

“The ordering process was straight forward and the customer service was excellent. The thing I didn't like, and wasn't aware of until delivery, was that a full inspection of the bath had to be done during delivery before signing for the bath, as any damage wouldn't be 'considered' after this. Bearing in mind that the bath and accessories were very well wrapped onto 2 pallets at right angles to each other , then wrapped again individually, meant I couldn't properly do this, as well as the fact the delivery driver was blocking my cul de sac with a large truck so there was a lot of pressure to do this quickly. In future I will be buying from a company that allows a reasonable time for inspection of goods following delivery.”
