“Firstly, an update on a review of our trojan elite 10 jet whirlpool bath we ordered back in October 2015, only recently managed to get it fitted but it is lovely! The bath looks great, the jets are easily controlled, not too noisy when the jets are on and generally very relaxing. I also recently ordered some of the low foaming bath oils (geranium and palmarosa, grapefruit, lemongrass and rosemary and sea shore breeze) which arrived well packaged although one of the bottles must have got bashed about a bit on its way here and had sprung a leak. They all smell wonderful but my favourite is the grapefruit, lemongrass and rosemary and will be ordering from whirlpool bath shop again in the future.”

“Whirlpool bath was easy to order and delivered on time. The only suggestion would be to rexommend what cleaning products are required at the time of buying the bath as its another thing I have to research and arrange a separate delivery when it would have been quicker and easier to order them at the same time as bath. Thank you.”

“After much searching, we found The Whirlpool Bath Shop - Looking for a neat looking whirlpool corner bath and found just the one! As I've never purchased from this retailer before - Slight apprehension as to be expected - As it turned out - None was needed! Purchased order online, and the service I received was fantastic - Day after purchase - Martin (Very friendly and helpful) called to confirm a couple of questions to ensure the controls etc. were specific to our needs and to confirm a suitable date for delivery. Bath was delivered in pristine condition - Now just have to fit it & can't wait to try it! Also purchased other smaller items (i.e low foaming bath oil & cleaning essentials) - These were received quickly. (Brought 2 different scents of their low foaming bath oil and they smell exquisite - Will be purchasing more!) Note: Website really helpful with different blogs and ideas!”

“Good communication from the company and a prompt and courteous customer service. The bath was delivered in under a week. If you ring and ask, an hour delivery window can be given, to save you waiting in all day. The bath is not installed yet, but it looks good and so far I am impressed.”

“beautiful carron profile bath it is huge!!! service excellent, i had to wait 3 months for a plumber to fit my bath, one of the legs was missing which i should have checked upon receipt but i called customer services and i received the missing leg the very next day 1st class service thankyou. enjoying my whirlpool bath x”

“Definitely worth having a look - a great range of products at very competitive prices. Despite really good discount from our local bathroom supplier, they couldn't match the prices from Whirlpool Bath Shop. We needed to make a small adjustment to our order and after one phone call, everything was sorted out in a friendly and professional manner. The courier was a bit of a pain - didn't arrive when planned - but the shop did everything they could to arrange another convenient time. The bath arrived safe and sound, well wrapped and securely loaded on a pallet. It looks great and we're chuffed to bits with our purchase.”
