“I was very happy with the bath. I have not yet worked out how to use the bluetooth for the music in the bath but am sure that will be sorted. Unfortunately there was a slight problem with the handle on the shower door but as this was free and part of the whole package I am not complaining. They are arranging a replacement and it has not affected the overall look of the bathroom.”

Hi Ewan, Please accept our sincerest apologies for this. Our carriers tried to deliver earlier than the agreed delivery day, instead of helping this actually made things worse. We have now removed this company from our list of approved hauliers.

“We ordered a bath with twin grips, as my wife has dodgy knees and getting in out of the bath isn't without difficulties. Unfortunately, the bath was delivered without grips, but these things happen. A fitter was duly dispatched and spent a couple of hours in our garage (where the bath is sitting waiting for our bathroom refurbishment project to get underway) installing the grips. All's well that ends well!”
