Ordered a corner whirlpool bath. Quick delivery and good comparative price. All order received ok...just initially concerned with the heavy repeat emphasis made on checking the delivery as no claim for return afterwards, which is very difficult to deal with based on the size of the item and the fact that it was put on a frame pallet and in wrapping terms, it was basically just put on the pallet and cling film wrapped so could easily get damaged in transit. Equally the delivery guy did not want to hang around... Having said all this the product appears to be fine so at this stage we are pleased with it. Just looking forward to using it once installed. Would use The Whirlpool Bath Shop again, based on this experience.
