“Visited today, I was seen by Patricia who explained everything in detail. Suction treatment carried out painlessly, my hearing was restored. Thank you for the prompt efficient service.”

“On the recommendation of my wife (who has hearing aids) I have used South East Hearing Care Centres for relatively minor issues (Wax in ears, Hearing protection for sports purposes) and found them to be professional, responsive and very helpful. There is no doubt that I will continue to use them in the future as necessary.”

“The lovely lady at the other end of the phone managed to fit me in today as I had very little hearing after both ears got blocked by hard to move wax. I was desperate. The centre was clean amd welcoming, both the receptionist and audiologist were friendly, capable and made me feel at ease. The cleaning itself was painless and quick. The gentleman showed me before and after pictures as well which was very reassuring. At £80 it is not cheap, but the service is a very good one.”

“Dear Sir I have been attending the ENT department at St Richards since childhood and have received excellent treatment over the past 50 years. However in more recent years I have had trouble with ill fitting ear moulds. As a result of this I lost my NHS hearing aid that was attached to the ill fitting mould. I decided at this point to visit the Chichester Hearing Care Centre to see if they could help me in any way. An appointment was made with a very helpful gentleman called Mr Fairley and I now have the best fitting mould I have ever had. Not only does it fit securely and comfortably in my ear, but the hearing aid itself is working more efficiently as a result. I would highly recommend the Chichester Hearing Care Centre to anyone having trouble with ear moulds, as the cost of them is cheaper than the £100.00 required to replace the NHS hearing aid I lost.”

“Thank you to everyone at the Chichester Hearing Care Centre. My hearing was very poor and I urgently needed my ears syringed. All my local centres could not offer me anything quickly but Chichester fitted me in within twenty four hours. The receptionist explained everything clearly and Ken expertly and professionally carried out the procedure whilst patiently answering all my questions in a warm friendly manner. Not only is my hearing restored it is better than ever. Highly recommended for all your hearing needs.”

“I was really impresssd with the service I received yesterday, the consultant that I was seen by was really professional and made you feel at ease. The treatment itself was good and the consultant was really patient and if the treatment was uncomfortable in anyway they were happy to pause and then wait til I was ready to continue the treatment. The whole team from the the receptionist to the consultant were both really friendly and welcoming and I would definitely recommend for anyone to have treatment here.”
