“This was my 3rd visit to SEHCC & even though wax removal on both ears i found it extremely informative and helpful on knowing why wax creates and most importantly understanding the inside of my ear. Would highly recommend.”

“Several years ago I saw a writeup in the local paper for a new type of hearing aid that sat in the ear canal, was invisible and could remain in situ and be used 24 hours a day. When the in-built battery ran down the whole unit was replaced. During the unit's lifetime, the user was able to shower and enjoy enhanced hearing without the need to remove or turn off the unit. The aid was called a Lyric. This was the start of a new life for me, who had been suffering from increased deafness from my middle Thirties. The amazing improvement enabled me to hear my husband's French accent again which I had been unable to hear for years. Take part in conferences, and meetings and use the telephone. I have attended South East hearing centres in Horsham ever since that 1st meeting several years ago. I have found all the staff professional, polite and pleasant at all times. Treating me with respect and consideration. Recently my hearing has deteriorated further and I am now profoundly deaf, however, Rob has helped me choose an additional aid to bolster the hearing loss that I find Isolating. But retain the use of Lyric in ear aid as well. Rob and the team are a great crew and they have my thanks and the highest of recommendations. Jan Jhurry 13th September 2023”

“I am deeply grateful to Patricia for helping me recently in preparation for my trip to Peru (flying and trekking at altitude). My ears had blocked with wax from inappropriate use of earbuds (!) and following a sinus infection I had been unable to clear them. It was simply a matter of micro suction followed by inhaling essential oils. I am so happy now that my hearing and sinuses are completely clear. Patricia’s meticulous care and attention, as well as her passion for hearing and education is much appreciated.”

I am a classically trained organist who lost a great deal of my hearing. I didnt get on with hearing aids - until I came here. The entire process from hearing test through to fitting made me feel like this would finally make a difference - and indeed it did. If you want to feel like you are an individual....if you want to feel like you are being given hearing instruments that are right for you, and not some generic ones that are 'near enough', then this is the place to come. You won't regret it. And their service - unlike many other outlets - doesnt stop when you write the cheque. They take pains to ensure the hearing instruments are right for you! Ongoing care is exemplary.”
