Minimal fuss, got the job done. A little pricey but if you need it, it's worth it.

My appointment was at the Horsham branch. It was very easy to find and was offered a free parking spot at the practice. My appointment was very thorough and Patricia explained to me what she was about to do, very professional. My overall experience was excellent

Very efficient and friendly staff. Micro-suctioned the wax out of my ears in seconds and painless. Just wish it was a bit cheaper!

My first appointment at the Seaford branch. Very impressed with my overall experience. Courteous and helpful members of staff. Would recommend!

The treatment I received from receptionist and practitioner was well given and very efficient. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the price rise, up for one ear from £50 to £90 in three years.

Seaford Branch The service was friendly and professional, very pleased.

Attended Seaford branch. Frankly not happy to have to remove my 2 layer washable reusable mask and use one of your one use throwaways. Actual appointment was fine. Patricia was knowledgeable, efficient and informative.

Thank you Mr Merran for your review, we are pleased you found Patricia knowledgeable and efficient. the reason for asking you to wear one of our certified medical grade FFP2 masks is due to the covid protocols from our professional bodies and ourselves, to ensure that a pristine mask is worn that has not been potentially contaminated from exposure outside our clinics. We hope as lockdown measures ease, protocol updates will allow people to wear their own masks which in many cases are of sufficient or superior quality.
Great service and also very informative. Thank you

I decided that my recent lack of hearing was not due to the inadequacy of my hearing aids, but wax in my ears. A receptionist at my GP informed me that no nurses would be available until I had put in drops for two weeks, so I made an appt. Two days before the agreed time I was asked if I would change the time slightly. I was also informed that the removal of wax would be by irrigation (used to be 'syringing'), not microsuction, which I thought had been adopted by most doctors' surgeries. They then discovered entry in my medical notes that 'washing out' should not be used. In previous years I had had to travel to other towns for the approved procedure, but was relieved to discover that there was a SOUTH EAST HEARING CARE CENTRE who were a ble to accommodate me at fairly short notice in there pleasant old building in central Horsham. They were well fitted-out in comfortable, hygenic surroundings with modern extraction equipment, cameras, screens and computers. I was given careful attention and was able to see and hear about the 'before and after' results and the advantages of suction over 'irrigation'. I would recommend their services and now feel that there is an Audiologist locally who I can consult when my hearing is deteriorating. Alan Strong

From the moment I came through the front door of the Centre, I was met by a friendly face of the receptionist, who was also very welcoming and helpful. Rob, the practitioner appeared on time and mad e extensive examinations of both my ears and , including taking photos of the interior of both ears in order to verify the extent of the treatment that was necessary. He also verified following a review of The audio grams I provided that my ears were healthy although there has been reduction in the hearing levels in the left ear. Finally he suggested that I should leave the next review for 9 months.

I was thrilled to be offered an appointment for only three days' time, having been waiting weeks for an NHS appointment. But I was disappointed to be left waiting for half an hour, with no apology from the receptionist until we asked her what was going on - we should have been told something like "sorry there is a delay, the previous patient has taken up more time than expected". When I eventually had the consultation, the procedure was fully explained and then carried out, and my hearing is vastly improved. Aftercare advice was given.

very nice staff and treatment (for removing ear wax) however I have still got a permanent hissing sound in the treated ear. is this normal regards vic brackpool

Dear Mr Brackpool Thank you for your positive reply. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we can inspect your ears and advise accordingly. If you are still experiencing sounds in your ears then it may indicate an underlying cause and should be investigated as soon as possible. We are happy to help and assist with images and details of procedures performed by us. we look forward to hearing from you.
I recently attended the Horsham South East Hearing Centre to undergo micro suction of my ears. The procedure was completely painless and I received very good and sympathetic attention from both the receptionist and Patricia. The cost seemed a little high especially as I have previously had ear irrigation at my doctor’s surgery on the NHS but this has now ceased to be available.
