The lovely lady at the other end of the phone managed to fit me in today as I had very little hearing after both ears got blocked by hard to move wax. I was desperate. The centre was clean amd welcoming, both the receptionist and audiologist were friendly, capable and made me feel at ease. The cleaning itself
was painless and quick. The gentleman showed me before and after pictures as well which was very reassuring.
At £80 it is not cheap, but the service is a very good one.
