“So so grateful to the Chichester Hearing Centre, they stepped in when, on holiday, my husband had forgotten his hearing aid charger and they lent us one..beyond helpful, but they also let us visit during their lunch hour and finally let us feed the baby! Brilliant all round, we are very grateful, many thanks to both ladies.”

“What an excellent experience at the Horsham Hearing centre! I arrived with sudden deafness overnight and git an appointment the same day! Sophie & Julie were most welcoming, professional, amusing and kind. We shared tales of the importance in understanding how people feel when life can be challenging when hard of hearing, having debilitating treatments etc. It was all over in 15 mins with super modern equipment and I learnt a lot about the science of the ear too. A painless enjoyable session. I will be back!”

“I called and spoke with Julie on reception this morning at 9:50 by 11:40 I had been seen the issued addressed and resolved allowing me to get back to work on the same day. “When I walked through the door I was greeted by the receptionist Julie who was really welcoming and efficient. I had a hearing test performed by audiologist Patricia, who talked me through the procedure and explained everything very well.”

“I arrived a little early but was made welcome. It was necessary to complete a questionaire plus sign an agreement. The requirement for this was clearly explained to me. I was seen by Patricia who explained the procedure I would undergo. The treatment was painless and the pre and post photgraphs indicated clearly the cleaning and removal procedure was successful. I was verry happy with service provided”

“Excellent friendly and informative service from Patricia and Julie on reception, worth spending the extra for quality products and the continuing aftercare, which so far has been exemplary. As the devices get more sophisticated it is even more important to be aware and able to learn how the different settings can be best achieved. This way you should achieve value for money from the investment. No regrets about choosing this firm.”

“After ear drops completely blocked my ear I was relieved to get a next day appointment for microsuction at Horsham. The audiologist, Sophie, showed me the blockage on camera and explained the procedure which was quick and effective and my hearing was fully restored! I would happily use Horsham Hearing Centre again.”

“I have used Chichester Hearing Centre ( a part of the above) for some years now for maintenance of my aids and de-waxing. Recently I felt the need to upgrade my aids to the latest version as I was not hearing at all well with 10 year old aids. I have to say that it would be extremely difficult to find a more helpful, professional and friendly service than I have received at CHC. From the initial contact through reception managed by Lorri to the professional side run by Dr Maegan there is no aspect less than excellent and above any expectation one might have. If I sound over-effusive it is merely that every aspect of the service meets any expectation and one can feel totally comfortable that the best and most appropriate solutions are being developed for you. All this is done within a friendly, harmonious environment, what more could one ask for. The attitude and professional knowledge is first class and reception is so well managed that one almost wants to revisit just to enjoy the experience.”

“I now can hear out of my left ear after visiting the Chichester Hearing Care Centre. The audiologist explained before and after what was happening and showed me pictures of my ears which was helpful. Lorri on reception and telephone was kind and understanding.
