“Cannot recommend this place and the lovely Patricia enough… just an incredible service, and worth every last penny. I feel like a new woman! Thank you so much, if my ears need hoovering out or hosing down again, I’ll be back for sure!”

“When I walked through the door I was greeted by the receptionist Julie who was really welcoming and efficient. I had a hearing test performed by audiologist Patricia, who talked me through the procedure and explained everything very well.”

“I arrived a little early but was made welcome. It was necessary to complete a questionaire plus sign an agreement. The requirement for this was clearly explained to me. I was seen by Patricia who explained the procedure I would undergo. The treatment was painless and the pre and post photgraphs indicated clearly the cleaning and removal procedure was successful. I was verry happy with service provided”

“I attended for a wax removal. Very welcoming and organised reception. I was seen by Patricia - a very knowledgeable and competent audiologist. The whole experience was excellent. I will return to have my ears 'serviced' more regularly.”

As the devices get more sophisticated it is even more important to be aware and able to learn how the different settings can be best achieved. The audiologist, Sophie, showed me the blockage on camera and explained the procedure which was quick and effective and my hearing was fully restored! I would happily use Horsham Hearing Centre again.”

“I have used Chichester Hearing Centre ( a part of the above) for some years now for maintenance of my aids and de-waxing. Recently I felt the need to upgrade my aids to the latest version as I was not hearing at all well with 10 year old aids. I have to say that it would be extremely difficult to find a more helpful, professional and friendly service than I have received at CHC. From the initial contact through reception managed by Lorri to the professional side run by Dr Maegan there is no aspect less than excellent and above any expectation one might have. If I sound over-effusive it is merely that every aspect of the service meets any expectation and one can feel totally comfortable that the best and most appropriate solutions are being developed for you. All this is done within a friendly, harmonious environment, what more could one ask for. The attitude and professional knowledge is first class and reception is so well managed that one almost wants to revisit just to enjoy the experience.”

The audiologist explained before and after what was happening and showed me pictures of my ears which was helpful. Lorri on reception and telephone was kind and understanding.
