“I was seen at short notice (same day) for a totally blocked ear and (having used olive oil spray for the previous four days) I was fortunate enough to have the wax removed using microsuction. The audiologist was totally professional and thorough, explaining all the ramifications surrounding this procedure. I am very grateful for the treatment I received and whilst not exactly cheap, I think it represented excellent value for money, given that the alternative was extreme discomfort and total deafness in one ear!”

“Yesterday, I took my 92 year-old mother to the Seaford branch and was delighted with the service we received. The receptionist introduced herself and we had a friendly welcome when we made the appointment (on a Friday) and my mother was addressed by name when we returned for the appointment, the following Monday. “I walked into the Bexleyheath branch of the South East Hearing Care Centre and was met by a very friendly receptionist and audiologist called Tania. I was very nervous about having my ears micro-suctioned but Tania couldn't have been more reassuring and was so patient with me. She was able to show me before and after pictures inside my ear and the relief of being able to hear again properly has been amazing. I would highly recommend Tania to anyone who is looking to have ear wax removal. She is excellent at it and very patient and caring.”
