“Patricia the audiologist, has ALL the ear toys and knows how to use them! In seriousness, I was able to get a fast, same day appointment to unblock a troublesome ear. Patricia is extremely knowledgable, professional and put me at ease instantly. A combination of treatments in under 30 mins restored my hearing to full high quality stereo audio. The sensations were not unpleasant. Highly recommended. Yvette who takes the calls is also lovely and very professional.”

“My wife visited the Seaford branch yesterday for ear wax removal …..being of a nervous disposition she was so impressed by the relaxing and stress free environment made all the more so by Yvette and Patricia. “A friendly and interesting experience with Rob Davies in order to have my ears cleaned out for the first time. The GP had recently told me that my ears were pretty much clear, however, they didn’t feel like that and Mr Davies camera technology was able to show that I had a lot of old wax right inside my ear, so it was particularly pleasing to see it removed.”

Yvette and Wendy, the receptionists are warmly welcoming and create a friendly and reassuring introduction to the Hearing centre. Audiologist, Patricia Asante is an outstanding clinical specialist and a Super Star in the field of Audiology. She is very highly qualified and is focused on continuously learning and developing her knowledge and skills to ensure the very best quality of care for her patients. Having denied the gradual deterioration in my hearing for some years, it had taken months to pluck up the courage to accept my hearing problems. Patricia conducted the most expert and thorough testing of my hearing, with kindness and care. However, I still dithered regarding the fact that I needed to have hearing aids. Patricia remained incredibly patient with absolutely no sales talk or pressure to buy hearing aids. Finally accepting I needed to have hearing aids fitted, Patricia performed this task with great care, ensuring they were comfortable and fitted well to my ears. She explained everything I needed to know about their care and use. They have made a huge difference to the quality of my life and my enjoyment in being able to hear well. Patricia introduced me to an App called “Thrive” which she downloaded on to my phone for me. This little App makes a huge difference to the use of the hearing aids. The volume and levels of clarity can easily be adjusted and even better – annoying background sounds such as loud chatter in a café or the sound of machinery can be turned down. Best of all, using the Thrive App is fun! Friends and family are astonished that it is possible to turn down the sound of the wind or remove the noise of a crying baby or loud machinery. The whole experience of visiting the Seaford Hearing Centre has been nothing less than life enhancing. Well done and thank you to everyone.”
