“Very efficient, helpful staff. I received a preliminary email before my appointment. I had a friendly welcome from the receptionist. My treatment was explained as we went along. Nothing felt rushed or hurried. Lots of care was taken to make sure that I was comfortable and that I understood each stage of the procedure. I would definitely use this service again.”

“I have been to a few places about my ears, this is my first time here. Very professional and good explanation of my condition and a good process for removing the ear wax. I will be back and would recommend Rob and team to others.”

“I attended this amazing clinic yesterday, when I arrived I was suffering from pain and hearing loss which has been going on for the last month. This was made worse after a long haul flight so I made the first available appointment with them. I was greeted by Julie (a true professional front of house), she set the feeling for the entire appointment. My Audiologist was Sophie Patterson who was entirely professional and guided me through the whole procedure. It was an absolute pleasure to be in the hands of knowledgeable and empathetic practitioner. I would not hesitate in recommending this clinic to anyone in pain or suffering hearing loss. I now have amazing sound clarity and will be visiting them regularly to ensure this continues. Thank you so much.”

Patricia is extremely knowledgable, professional and put me at ease instantly. A combination of treatments in under 30 mins restored my hearing to full high quality stereo audio. The sensations were not unpleasant. Highly recommended. Yvette who takes the calls is also lovely and very professional.”
