“Attended for earwax removal. Excellent service and very friendly staff (Julie - reception, Lindsay - Audiologist. Most importantly - I can hear again!”

“I today received treatment at the above centre and am delighted with the outcome. From booking the appointment to receiving treatment I was treated with professional but friendly care. The whole process was explained to me at every stage and I was able to view images of my ears before and after the process.”

“Recommended to make an appointment by my wife who has been receiving excellent support for some considerable time, since my ears felt blocked and I had not had them treated for many years. I was first looked after by Lindsay who took photos and confirmed a large, compacted build up of wax in both ears. After initial attempts, Lindsay confirmed I would need to apply some olive oil and make another appointment. My second time was with Rob, who is the MD and has many years of experience in audiology. He needed to apply all his skills to successfully remove all significant wax deposits from both my ears. Throughout both my visits I was given a friendly greeting and reassuring advice on my problem, treated skilfully with all the up to date equipment on hand and felt relaxed at being in the best hands. I cannot praise South East Hearing Centres highly enough for the caring way of looking after me and my wife, who has benefited from their guidance for several years.”

“As a 20 year old I found it hard to accept that I needed help with my hearing. Patricia was friendly, extremely thorough and understood exactly what I wanted and NEEDED more importantly. She was flexible with her timings and squeezed me in whenever was convenient for me. It’s not even been 24 hours and I’ve had so many people amazed at how a hearing aid can look nowadays!
