“I visited the Horsham hearing centre to have micro suction ear wax removal treatment on both ears. I found Rob (the audiologist) extremely helpful and able to answer all my questions in a clear and informative way. The microscopic analysis, where the inside of both ears could be viewed on a television screen, was something that I had not experienced in my previous micro suction treatment at other hearing centres where I used to live. This enabled a before and after picture, in my case displaying just how much ear wax had collected over time. After the treatment, the microscopic analysis was done again, showing how the ear wax had been completely removed and Rob also gave reassurance of how healthy my ears were, by pointing out what to look for in terms of ascertaining what a healthy ear should look like. All in all a very good experience and highly recommended.”

“I attended the Horsham branch at the end of March 2021. Booking was easy though there was a 15 minute difference between what was booked and what the centre had recorded. The premises are small but professional, smart and welcoming as was the audiologist's assistant. The Audiologist inspired confidence, had a good manner that relaxed me and cleared both my ears efficiently. I would recommend anyone with ear wax problems to use this centre.”

“I have been encountering several issues with my hearing of late and needed help. During my initial visit to the centre, my problems were investigated, discussed with me and solutions proposed. A remedial path was agreed and implemented. At all time I knew what was happening, why and how much it would cost. All in all, a thoroughly first class service that I would happily recommend.”

“I cannot praise the Seaford Hearing Centre enough. after phoning on 24th March 2021 I was offered an appointment the very next day as they'd had a cancellation. This was the second time of going to this centre and both times they were excellent. On arrival Angie asked me a few questions about my general health and previously when booking the appointment ,over the phone, Covid questions, which I was happy to answer. I was then taken by Patricia to have the removal of wax from both ears. Patricia was very friendly and informative, showing me on a screen the inside of my ears before and after the removal of wax, and what the clean ear should look like, and luckily my ears looked as they should.”
