“Having attended Seaford Hearing Centre my comments are about this branch only. I was greeted by Angie who ensured that the COVID guidelines were being adhered to. The new consultant Patricia, was wearing appropriate PPE and was very professional and thorough. I was fascinated watching, on the screen, her exploration of my inner ear and was pleased, and interested, when she spent time explaining the images. Patricia was very informative but I was somewhat disappointed that much of the information she imparted had not been explained to me at the time I purchased my hearing aid (2017) or in subsequent visits with the previous consultant. Until today I had not been made aware of how to replace the section of the aid which can become blocked with wax.”

“I arrived at my appointment to find social distancing measures in place and that the covid guidelines were being adhered to, I went in struggling to hear due to a build up of wax in both ears and came out 15 minutes later with the wax gone and my hearing back, it was carried out without pain or discomfort, I found the staff friendly, polite and professional, will use them again when needed.”

“Rob and Karan are both absolutely charming. The service from the first phone call to the appointment and payment itself was excellent. Both are clearly very intelligent and caring individuals. Everything was explained clearly and accurately and the procedure was pain free and immediately effective. It is an expensive appointment, but also clearly the safest and most efficient way of ensuring good health. This will always be my first choice.”
