“Today I had the benefit of micro suction from this excellent clinic. From the moment that I arrived I received efficient and friendly attention from Rob and his charming lady receptionist. The procedure was fully explained to me and the process was completely without discomfort. 15 minutes after arrival I left with my hearing restored. Margaret Scott”

“I had to attend for a hearing test as part of a claim against the MOD. Despite not being a direct customer the team treated me as if I were a long standing customer. From booking in a Covid secure manner at reception right through to leaving again everything was explained in a clear concise friendly manner, and all my questions were answered in terms I understood. Rob was the consummate professional and the test was far more professional and clear than any I’d had previously in the military.”

“I found my whole experience with south east hearing centre very good, the receptionists I spoke to when booking was very helpful. The staff were really friendly and chatty and made me feel at ease, I was shown pictures of before and after my wax removal and everything was explained to me which was great. I would definitely recommend to other people.”

“Great service, I contacted the Seaford Branch to have some custom ear protection for shooting. I opted for the Cens Proflex Dx1 and Patricia took me through the process with great care and attention and I picked them up today. Fit beautifully and can’t wait to use them at the weekend. Highly recommend both the South East Hearing Care Centre, Seaford with Patricia and Wendy and also the Cens products.”

“My whole experience at the Chichester hearing Centre was just nothing short of five star. I was seen on time and after a very short question and answer session the highly skilled audiologist removed the hard wax from my ear using the best available medical equipment. I visited this Centre as a technician I had visited earlier had failed to remove the deep seated wax from my ear. The entire process was painless and swift, but most importantly it was successful. I only wished I had booked into this hearing centre initially, but I live and learn. Thank you for solving my problem so efficiently and I highly recommend this Centre”

“I could go on about how polite and helpful they are or how the appointment whilst being super effective is also really interesting. All I will say in this review don't think, just use them. The HORSHAM branch is fantastic with the ladies I spoke to on reception to Patricia carrying out the procedure being as professional and pleasant as you could hope for. This is the reason I travel over an hour to use this branch instead of more local companies.”

“I attended the chichester branch to have my ears syringed. I was impressed with the service and pleased with the result. Given my NHS surgery no longer provide this service, I recommend the SEHCC.”

“Despite being late for my appointment, I was greatly helped by the Receptionist who guided me to the building. I was seen immediately and my ears successfully cleared. Mr Davies explained and showed me on the screen how my ears were cleared of the wax. A very successful outcome.”
