“I teach a young lady with a hearing impairment. Over the weekend her hearing aid broke and the hospital are unable to see her until next week. Her Dad took her hearing aid and her audiogram to the centre and a technician very generously tried to repair the aid, as he could not, he then programmed another hearing aid which he has given her on loan. Fantastic service!”

“I required attention to one of my ears due to excess wax that had really reduced its function to next to nothing. After finding out that syringing cannot be done now at the GP surgery I contacted the South East Hearing Centre in Horsham. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days. Both ears were examined and it was found that only that one ear needed attention. A picture of the ear canal was shown and the procedure of micro suction explained. This procedure was carried out in a careful manner and although a little uncomfortable at times was not unpleasant. I would like to thank Rob and his receptionist for their relaxed and friendly approach and recommend their services, well done! My hearing has been restored. R.S.”

“Was very pleased with the wonderful service I received from my visit today. Only made the appointment yesterday as was delighted to get in today, many thanks for fitting me in so quickly. Rob explained everything about the procedure and took photos of inside the ears before and after. The process was not painful at all and every step was explained as we went and during he checked to make sure I was ok. He also explained about how the ears worked in relation to wax and what you should and shouldn't do about using olive oil or bicarbonate of soda drops. Hopefully I won't need to come again, but if I need the ears sorting out I will definitely come back here.”

“I was very impressed by the way everything was explained thoroughly and with the before and after pictures taken. The treatment was painless and you could see how clear the ears were. I thought this would be a one off and would be going back to my local surgery when they start operating again. However I will definitely be coming back next time my ears are blocked. “I was very impressed with the treatment I received from South East Hearing Care centres, Horsham branch. I saw Rob Davies who was excellent; very knowledgeable and showed me interesting pictures of my ears before and after. Fortunately, only one of my ears required wax removal and Rob explained the procedure to me with the help of his images and also gave me an exercise to do to block any fluid in my middle ear. I found both him and Karen, his receptionist, very helpful and would have no hesitation in using their services again and recommending them to my friends.”

“I received exceptionally good service. A most helpful receptionist. Unhurried, clear explanations from the audiologist and first rate treatment that was very effective in restoring my hearing after an ear wax problem. I left having learnt a lot more than I knew when I arrived and all my questions were answered or anticipated. As a strong supporter of the NHS I am generally not an advocate of private health care but not only was the professional expertise on a par with the best of NHS specialists but it had the added benefit of having time - a full hour- to deliver the sort of holistic package of care that pressure of time and huge demand on resources make impossible for my GP surgery team within their time slots. The charge was fair and manageable and instead of waiting a further 1- 2 weeks of impaired hearing for a GP appointment, I was able to make an appointment with the centre within 2 days of phoning. A good result!”

“When I phoned the Horsham branch I was impressed with the way my enquiry was handled and more so with an immediate email follow up. “I had lost all sound in my right ear so I booked an appointment at the Horsham South East Hearing Centre. On arrival I was made to feel very welcome in a relaxed but extremely Covid safe environment. Rob showed me a camera image of my right ear which was clogged with wax and he explained in detail how he would remove the wax with micro suction. When the treatment was complete I immediately had the return of my full hearing and Rob showed me an updated image of the ear with the wax completely removed. The treatment is safe and painless and I am so pleased I opted for this procedure. My thanks to all at the Clinic.”

“I was quite nervous when I went to have my ear wax removed by the South East Hearing Care Centre in Horsham. I needn't have worried as I was put at ease by Rob who explained everything that would happen. I relaxed in the chair and actually saw a picture on the screen of my compacted wax in both ears. This was removed by Rob without pain and suddenly my clear ear drum appeared on the screen and I could hear without my hearing aids. I came home and my husband was so amazed at the change in my hearing that he has booked an appointment as he has muffled hearing.”
