“I ordered the wrong size trousers, and didn’t try on before i went on holiday.Consequently, when i tried them on i found they were too big. i was away for 3 weeks thereby missing the exchange date. However, when i contacted the company they immediately replied and said i could exchange them in my return. This i did and the smaller size was sent immediately. I have nothing but praise for this company and can’t recommend them highly enough . Excellent service”
