“Unfortunately I had to return my trousers for a replacement as the colour I had selected was not as expected. Phoned your office and had a very professional lady helping me, the colour I really wanted was not available in the petite range, therefore I have returned the trousers for a replacement in the correct 'red' as per your advisor, but in a regular length, I can hem it. Dissapointed having to do this, but very happy with your service. Thanks.”
