“I buy lots of Robell Rose Ankle Grazers and am usually very happy with the fit and material. Sadly had to return the white denim jeans though as the material was surprisingly and disappointingly quite transparent - unwearable for me. Didn’t expect this from denim jeans -they are not cheap at £89.99. The return cost of £10.25 at the Post Office (due to the value inside the package) was quite a shock too. Sadly will not chance buying Robell jeans again.”

“As a regular customer, I was disappointed with the response to my recent query about the size of one of your products. I am (and have been for a long time) a size 14, but the shorts I recently bought from you were mis-sized. They were, without question, a size 12, even though marketed as a 14. I returned them but had to work extremely hard with your customer services manager to convince her that I should not have had to pay for the cost of returning them, since this was Robell's fault. I have bought many trousers from you in the past, and have never had a problem with sizing before. Your customer services department should be more helpful and understanding.”
