“Love the quality and style of all Robell Trousers. I have Bella, Marie and jeans in Petite size and normal size”

“I am rather disappointed with this blouse because I hadn’t realised that its actual colour was fluorescent pink. I was expecting a pale pink. Also the fabric gets very creased quite easily. Unfortunately I was unable to send it back because I had taken all the labels off it, too soon sadly… I regret spending so much money (£62.99) on an item I don’t like that much. I have always been very pleased with the Robell trousers I have bought so far and therefore I am mystified as to why I am so disappointed…”

“Have bought Robell before and know quality is good. Having trouble with sizes this time as I've lost some weight. Sent for 4 x different pairs but all returned and refunded very quickly. Then rang the advice line and the lady was SO HELPFUL so I ordered what she suggested and am a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! Why didn't I ring for help and advice earlier?”

“Seersucker shorts These walked me up to over 3000m in Switzerland starting in hot sun then biting cold winds at the summit. Admittedly I would not have wanted to spend so long at altitude but they were great - stretchy and comfortable whilst being stylish too. Splendid as all Robell clothes.”

“Hello, First of all, I would like to thank you for the fast shipping and the beautiful packaging. I also really appreciate the quality of the fabric in general 👌. However, I have a few comments: • The colors of the trousers are often quite different from the pictures on the website, usually arriving either much darker or much lighter. • The material is excellent, but I noticed some inconsistency with the sizing. Two pairs in size 10 fit me well, while two other pairs in the same size were much tighter than expected. For this reason, I kept the two that fit and returned the two tighter ones, but I am still waiting for my refund. I hope you can take these notes into consideration to improve the customer experience even further. Thank you again for your good service.”
