I have ordered by post and that is easy and very prompt, but am also lucky enough to live within reach of your shop/headquarters. It is always a delight to visit and see the wonderful array of clothes, plus meet your lovely, helpful staff.”

“I phoned the office to check sizing and style (I like pockets!). Very helpful and I got the info I needed. I placed my order (Bella full length, size 10 in French blue, Marie crop, size 10 in Royal blue and hot coral). They all arrived the next day!! Fabulous service. The trousers are lovely and just the ticket for summer. The colour 'hot coral' is very bright, probably brighter than I was expecting but just amazing for summer! I am 5ft 8ins, 60 kg and 66 yrs old. These are the best trousers being elasticated, super comfortable but look really neat and tailored. I always feel really good when I wear them!”

“I have several pairs of these trousers and cropped ones in different colours. They are excellent quality and fit except for the length! I am less than five feet tall and always have to turn up the hem. I don’t mind but it loses the nice detailed effect around the ankle. 29” is not really petite length. It needs to be 25 or 27.”

“Purchased the Sophia 09 cropped trousers, with side Pockets! Fantastic at last pockets. Very clever cut as they do not detract from the slim line of the front of the trouser. I bought my usual high street size, a 12. In Bella trousers I am a size 10, in Rose a size 12. As these are slim fitting I went for a 12 rather than size down as suggested and they are perfect fit, very flattering. Please more trousers with front pockets. Great service, very fast delivery and well packaged. So tempted to go for the red ones.”

“Robell Rose are comfortable trousers and nicely fitted around the leg. I'm rather short (5'2") so opted for 7/8th trousers and found that they were ideal as ordinary trousers with no need to hem. I haven't washed them so if they they shrink I'll have a genuine 7/8th length but, in all seriousness, I don't expect them to! The service was first class with a speedy delivery so I'll certainly return to So Simply Robell - thank you.”

“100% great company to deal with! The items were dispatched super quick, almost as soon as I had placed the order and I received them the day after. The items were absolutely lovely however one pair of trousers did not fit and so I had to send these back. Two days later I have received notification of a refund. What great communication and so very efficient. I will definitely use this company again and recommend.”
