“So 2 things, one in your controls the other is not. Because I live in the Republic of Ireland I had to go to the post office and pay vat. A pain. The item I ordered o have already in a different colour, and I love it, but you send me the slimline version of the product, which I didn’t order. I probably won’t be ordering again. Thanks. “Excellent service, couldn't be more helpful. Sand 11 was simply off white which wasn't evident from colour chart which was disappointing. Meant I had to pat to return for a replacement colour. Would recommend company and staff.”
