“I have been buying Robell trousers for years now, because they are beautifully made and very comfortable. I have tried Bella, Rose and Marie and all are good but at the moment I am wearing Marie as it suits my figure. Robell also offers petite sizes which in my case is very helpful. Robell is a firm which knows that not all women have identical shape and cut their trousers differently to suits different shaped figures. I am delighted to have discovered Robell and their trousers for women.”

“I love Robell trousers and have several pairs - cropped for Summer and recently the fleece lined for the Winter. The only complaint I have is that the petite is still 2inches to long for me being only 5'2"& they cost me £20 each to have shortened. The Staff and the overall Service is 100% - great product.”

“Just love Robell trousers! Must have bought 20 plus pairs ! Just bought another 2 pairs in winter colours . The fit and hang beautifully and can be worn for casual or smart occasions ! ( only had one mishap …. The little robell button came off the pair I wore for the first time last week … it’s only decoration !!!!!! …. This is not a complaint ! My buttons from the five year old ones are still in place after all that washing and wearing!) Brilliant firm … speedy delivery … beautifully packaged ! thank you !”

“A cautionary tale. I've been buying Robell trousers for years, even visiting the HQ in Dorset. I bought my trousers in February this year, but I didn't open them until September. I was excited to put on a new pair, only to find they were about 3 sizes too big, they were labelled with my size. I called Customer services and they said I should have sent them back within 6 months, so wouldn't be able to replace them. I lost £89.99! I asked to speak to the manager and she called me back 2 days later to say they would replace them. I was so pleased. I sent them back at my own cost. Today a received a call to say they couldn't replace them as a label had been cut. These trousers came out of the package as I had received them. I feel so upset that I have to fund the factory's mistake. All together I am out £95.00. So, just be careful, get your returns back quickly and try them on as soon as you receive them. Suffice it to say, I will not be buying any more trousers from Robell!”
