“I am delighted with my jumper ,which when ordered , was promptly dispatched. I love the colouring and it is warm and of good quality. I will definitely shop with Robell again. Gwyn”

“I was disappointed that I had to pay for the return because the trousers were not the right fit as most traders do free returns these days . I also paid £4.99 for next day tracked delivery and ordered on Tuesday and didn’t get them until Thursday. I ended up paying £4.99 plus £2.99 return and the trousers were not suitable after all. I will use another company for Robells next time.”

“I had not realised that I had ordered a pair that was super slim - only when they arrived and were too tight a fit that I than checked the meaurements on the screen and realised what I had ordered - a pity. Perhaps Super Slim ought to be printed beside the Size.”
