“I ordered by telephone and the person who took my order was very helpful . She warned me that the navy was very be dark . She was right . I almost sent them back but decided to keep them . I believe the fabric is not as good as I’ve had in the past ( bought in a York store) The grey is difficult to iron as the setting is either too cool to be effective or too high to avoid scorching the fabric . I bought 3 prs because of the fit and because I’ve worn other colours for years eg several black prs , berry, royal and two shades of pink .”

“I so love your trousers. But the fit is always unreliable. I’m a size 12, but your navy ones were too big and now the brown ones are very snug! I will keep them and try and loose some weight. But disappointing.”

“I am writing this review about trousers that I have bought in the past (last year). In each case stitching has come undone, usually on the waist band and I have had to do a lot of sewing/repair as the stitching seems to unravel repeatedly. Can I suggest that stitching is not finished off properly”

“I have used this company on several occasions without an issue but sadly my most recent encounter was not a positive one. Having bought a pair of Robell Bella trousers in September, I ordered another pair in October, same style number, same size, different colour. When they arrived, they were at least one size larger than my previous purchase. I immediately phoned customer service to inform them and sent photographs by email showing the discrepancy in size. The customer ssrvice agent, having viewed the photos was dismissive, claiming there was an allowance of 5% difference in size of similar trousers, stating no 2 pairs would be the exact same size, and that Robell were now a more generous fit. She was refusing to send a pre-paid postage label for the return. I posted the trousers back using recorded delivery and 2 days after I knew they'd been received, contacted Robell as I'd heard nothing more, only to get a brief email advising they were looking into my case. The following day I received a voicemail confirming the trousers were in fact mis-sized and a refund of purchase price and postage would be processed. A few days later the refund of purchase was received but no refund of postage. I contacted Robell again only to be told a different department dealt with postage refunds and they would be in touch. 4 days after I made my final email, postage was refunded. Not a good customer experience, I'll be buying Robell from other suppliers from now on.”
