“I was grateful for a recommendation by a friend. I purchased a pair of 'Rose' denims which are great. Stretchy and long in the leg but with a pair of heeled footwear make me look taller. I have since purchased a pair of cord which then popped up in a flash sale. I had to return them and repurchase at the sale price as Robell wouldn't refund the difference. Didn't refund my return cost either. Not really happy about that as it doesn't make a lot of sense to me but I still saved money. Also took the plunge and bought a velvet pair, also in the flash sale. Not worn the recent purchases yet.”

“Hope you read this Quality of trousers has declined the Rose Highlander fabric is very poor. I don't know who buys your tops and knitwear but for the last 2 years the selection is awful Great big patterns that are tasteless . I now very rarely buy Robell as seems to just be suitable for size 16 and above ladies”

“I have ordered about 15 pairs of Robell trousers mainly as the most comfortable - can't be doing with buttons and zips these days! Length also great for a shorter person. Only reason not 5 star as I wish all trousers had pockets of some kind even two small back pockets. I do like a pocket as so useful when on the go all day.”

“I like the Robell trousers I have bought mainly because they are lightweight and cool for hot countries. I would like to see more natural fibres offered, I find too many I see in my local department store ( Bradbeers) a bit too synthetic. I do like the stretch fabric and elasticity.”

“Quick and helpful service and delivery of items. Website is clear and easy to use. Reasonable prices. Not only at Robell but I have found sizes this year are proving a problem as I do not seem to fit most trousers in my usual size and the next one is far too big in all the stores I have tried so far. One of Robells did fit but the elastane was too strong and painful for my bad back.”
