I recently wanted a pair of petite warm trousers which were out of stock so I left my email. I received a very friendly and helpful phone call to say they would order them from Germany for me. Then I received another phone call to say they were out of stock so with the lady's help I chose a different colour and asked if they could be dispatched on a particular day. My trousers arrived. I was so impressed with the very efficient and friendly service. I love my Robell trousers and I love this shop. Thank you”
