“I love these trousers - especially the Marie jacquard, which I now have in four colours, treating myself to one pair a year. The elasticated waist is a plus and they machine wash perfectly - no ironing necessary!”

“I have several pairs of Robell trousers and it was great to actually visit their shop last summer. This time I ordered needlecord. They are wonderfully warm. I found the material gave a slightly more generous cut and unfortunately there are no longer 31" lengths so I have to turn them up an inch. The service is great in person but quick delivery by post too.”

“I made an error thinking I had ordered cords but when they arrived they weren't cords so I returned them asking for a refund. My request was dealt with in a polite and efficient manner. I was kept informed about the refund and it was credited to my account promptly.”
