“Robell staff have always been most reliable, helpful and courteous. The quality of the trousers which I have purchased has been very good. A slight disappointment with my latest purchase in that the sizing seems to have been altered slightly - the "petite" length is more than an inch longer than my previous trousers - I will see how they are after washing.”

“I was trying to find another pair of the trousers I already had because they are v good, useful, good fit etc. I spoke to an advisor but she couldn’t identify what I needed. I bought what I thought was similar but it isn’t the same tho’ ok and I will wear. When I spoke to advisor again she seemed to give up. What I found difficult to understand on the site is the feel of the fabric.”
