“I've used Robell for a number of years now and always been very satisfied. However the last order I tried to place I was told the item was out of stock and I would be informed when it was in. I waited several weeks and heard nothing so tried again to place an order. Again told out of stock. Finally I sent an email and was told it would be 10-14 working days which indeed it was. I would have appreciated an acknowledgement of my order in the first instance and updated on progress.”

Whenever I need advice the ladies at Customer Service are so helpful and should anything be out of stock they will let you know when back in or order them for you- which is what I've done recently so fingers crossed.
