“Ordered same style of trouser in same size but they differed so much. Black were slightly too big and the navy too small. Not consistent and this has been the issue for a while.”

A phone call from a very pleasant lady resulted in the item being ordered for me from the supplier and I received it 8 days later. I am very impressed with their customer service - well done!”

“I purchased many pairs of Robell a few years ago and thought it was time to update my wardrobe. Unfortunately the quality seems to have dropped - the fabric is much lighter in weight, looked and felt like it would crease terribly and soon look shabby when worn. Sadly I've returned this order.”

“Having purchased trousers from shops - which have now closed - I had to look online. I have nine pairs of Marie trousers. However I phoned and ordered a pair of Jacky trousers not realising that they would be so different in style. They are slim fit which I only knew when they arrived and they are a 'very good' fit. To return them would have cost £8 plus which I wasn't prepared to pay. I have kept them and will make sure I next time order Marie. It was good to be able to phone and speak to a person when ordering as I do not like doing orders on line.”
