“I am very disappointed with the service I have received. Unfortunately, I did not receive my order, and despite reporting the issue, I am still waiting for my refund. The parcel was left in an unsafe location without my consent, and it subsequently went missing. Although I have been in contact with customer service, the matter has not yet been resolved. I had expected a much higher standard of service and a faster resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.”

“Order by telephone handled very efficiently and courteously by the So Simply Robell team. Prompt emails to confirm the order and dispatch on the same day which I thought was amazing! I arranged delivery to a family member's address which was very convenient as I was on holiday. Pleased with the colourful, quality packging. I am delighted with my jacket, the great price and the overall service from So Simply Robell brand.”

“Very pleased with speedy delivery, fit and colour of Jacklyn trousers. Complaint: Initially the colour I wanted was out of stock and I was promised an email when it was again available.
