“I made an error thinking I had ordered cords but when they arrived they weren't cords so I returned them asking for a refund. My request was dealt with in a polite and efficient manner. I was kept informed about the refund and it was credited to my account promptly.”

“Lovely products! Super fast delivery and nicely packaged! The Bella Brodie tartan check trousers are wonderful!!! Beautifully made and fit perfectly.
