Not used trampoline yet.
Ordered it as a Christmas present and didnt receive it until after Christmas. Couldnt be bothered with returning it so left it for a birthday present.
Delivery not Soren House responsibility but when ordered in mid Dec was implied would arrive before. The parcel then arrived at depot on 23rd Dec but wasnt delivered until 27th - I wasnt allowed to collect despite just being a few miles away.
