Not good at all. Item was delivered to the wrong address and yet received the item or a refund!

Had an issue with an item being faulty. Contacted the shop and they initially replied with an offer of a replacement, but as the item was for my sons birthday (which had already passed) I requested a refund. Numerous emails later and absolutely no reply whatsoever. Pretty shocking, really.

My order arrived in a paper bag and the box inside was completely smashed. I’ve been contacting the customer service both via email and on the website but they never get back to me. I also returned the item but no news and haven’t received my refund yet. Absolutely shocking customer service. Please avoid this shop at any cost.

Our email correspondence shows that the sneakers were being returned, as they were too small (I can see an email response from us on the 20th April, which may have gone into spam?). Order no 28780: I am responding to your Comment on my recent review as you are not replying to my emails nor have you taken the opportunity to resolve my calling me And you do not provide any contact no-this appears to be the your only route of communication which is far from ideal I have never received my order, I do not live at or anywhere near a No 45 nor do I know anyone called Emma. Please could you contact directly to resolve this -if I was a potential Customer reading this scenario on your reviews I would be put off buying from you.

I returned items a few weeks ago and haven’t yet received a refund. I’ve contacted them twice and haven’t heard back. Can’t seem to find a telephone number to call them on. Very disappointing for somewhere that sells items at this price point.

I ordered an items many days ago and still have not received my order, nor got confirmation it was shipped. Their website states they ship in 1-3 days but that is not the case. I also emailed their customer service but no response. Is this a scam website? Did I just lose $80? I ordered from their USA website instead of UK so I am not sure if there is an issue with the U.S store but I'd like a refund at this point.

Customer service has been terrible. I have had to write 15 emails asking about my package that they cannot find that was ordered 6 weeks ago. There is no follow up or importance. They resent the package but somehow don’t have the tracking numbers? I will not buy from them again! Such a headache

As discussed over your email, your initial package is currently sat in the USPS depot in Chicago, and has been since June 10th, which is something totally out of our control. Unfortunately one of the items I ordered went missing on its way to Royal Mail and I was kindly offered a replacement a week or so after I initially placed my order. I gladly accepted this however, it has now been almost three weeks with no sign of any of the items I have PAID FOR and extremely poor communication from this business. I am moving in three days and can now only accept that I will be out of pocket a significant amount of money - if my order ever does show up, my family won’t be here to enjoy it. I’ve emailed the owner of this business several times and been promised updates that never arrive. I hate to leave a bad review about a small business but the customer service in this situation has been really poor. Hopefully others have a better experience but if I could leave a zero star review, I would.

I wrote to customer service prior to dispatch to request cancellation. I’ve heard nothing back despite multiple followups. Its 2 weeks since I places the order and I haven't received it either.

I returned 2 items more than 2 weeks ago. Still haven’t received a refund even though I sent the items on recorded/tracked delivery. Will now dispute the charges through my bank. Awful company and will never deal with them again!
