“A great product. Had some issues loading the Voice AI product but the website had exhaustive information on a resolution. I really enjoy my mixes since I have installed Sound ID reference and the additional headphones room simulations. Would like to see videos on how to correct common issues that occur. Sometimes having visual is more explanatory than written instructions. Keep up the good work!”

“I had some trouble with registering my product, but solved it after a while, other than that the website is comfortable, easy to understand, and the upgrades options are really nice! The calibration experience was also very easy to follow.”

“Sonarworks is a great piece of software and does a fine job flattening the response of my speakers. I undertsand that by taking measurements in multiple places it will ignore room modes and not try to correct them (which would be impossible. Shopping - dead easy, because all I bought was the software. I already had a mic from a previous existence. But there are three changes I would like: 1. Correct the window error that puts the "continue" button off the bottom of the page when setting level. Believe me, this is extremely irritating until you know. 2. There is a fixed number (37) of measurement points.Maybe make this adapatable so rooms with deep nulls get more, while flatter rooms get less. 3. Finally produce a room report - all the data is there and it would be useful to know how much corretion the room could use.”

“Within the SoundID App I couldn't manage to get the trial for the virtual monitor addon. Only when I bought it, it worked. Maybe you can fix this for the trials.”

“I am quite happy with the result of Sound id voice AI. It could be improve with : - export the files to Logic - add the name of the singer in the generate file name. It is not complicated to do and it will help us when you are building a choir with Sound ID Voice AI - It is a pain that you limit the processing to 5 minutes, I have a song five minutes and 35 seconds !!!!! - Please also allow to generate multiple voices in one go, to can have your sleep when it is working Thanks in advance”

“Voice ID plugin works great until I exit the project and I have to activate it again every time. I've found that I can get around this by freezing the track in Cubase. The quality of the voices is superior to other similar products but this symptom makes it unwieldy. I have started using other products during production, but create the final version with this one, and freeze the track.”

“While I wish the cost of the upgrade from Reference 4 to Sound ID cost a little less, I'm very happy with the results. The ability to natively compensate on all 6 channels of my 5.1 setup without having to do some creative routing with the old software is a huge lifesaver, and the setup was even easier than it was with Reference 4.”

“I purchased the SoundID VoiceAI after seeing the reviews on YouTube I have no issues and the software runs easily on my relatively old computer with Windows 10 running Cubase 13 And I bought the perpetual license because I intend to use it quite a bit! For what you get, it’s not expensive and its a great tool”
