“Speaker calibration has been wonderful. Headphone calibration I just can’t get into - tried on 3 different pairs. Just too unpleasant sounding. Customer service is good, but very slow to respond.”

“Considero que Sonarworks ofrece el mejor producto de calibración al momento y por ello lo vengo utilizando desde hace varios años ya. Me gusta especialmente la rápida, eficiente y personalizada respuesta del centro de soporte. Recomendaría que ofrezcan mejores ofertas (tanto en upgrades como en nuevos productos) a los clientes de acuerdo a su historial de compras y fidelidad a través del tiempo”

“The shopping experience was great. Very easy and clear. Questions I had were quickly answered by the support team. My only suggestion would be for an easier way to upgrade from headphones only to headphones and speaker with mic, without having to buy the entire thing altogether.”

“Sonarworks customer service is top notch. Loved the whole experience and purchasing went super smooth. I love SoundID Reference for my headphones, especially for listening to music. It just fills the gaps in the frequency range that the headphones reproduce. Before opting for SoundID I also tried a similar product, but it didn’t sound or act the way I think it should + it didn’t have the profile for my headphones, only a similar one. Sonarworks had the profile and it works as expected. 💯👏🏻 Thanks!”

“Oh man this software took me from unsure about my mixes to being fully equipped. This software helps me mix any audio to perfection. I'm talking industry standard every time I can't believe I didn't know about this lovely program sooner sonarworks really helps you get that last 20% of mix to sound golden!”

“Vengo desde la version 3 y cada actualizacion es grandiosa. En un momento cometi un error al comprar la version completa y no era lo que buscaba. desde soporte me guiaron para la devolucion del dinero en menos de 24 horas ya tenia el renvolso.”

“No se informa inicialmente de las carencias de un producto a medio terminar, con muchos problemas con Mac OS. El soporte técnico te toma por idiota e indican que como a ellos no les da fallos a ti tampoco te puede ocurrir. Extremadamente lamentable.”

“I resantly purchased Sound ID and have used it on some projects and it works amazing for me. The extra tuning on EQ that Sound ID offeres makes it even a worthed upgrade value cause fine tuning even mybears closer to the true sound I wind to deliver after mixing.”

“shopping for and buying sonarworks was a good experience, installing it aswell. but i am having some issues with it not recognizing the audio driver, which i have talked to support about. the support has been very good.”
