“The only thing that was a little hard was finding a video of the whole setup process from beginning to end of setting up your Apollo. Understanding that when you enable a a profile on your Apollo, it disables bass management and uses your calibrated profile instead.”

“Buying the Sonarworks Apollo Monitor Correction Add-On was such a smooth and easy experience. The website is super user-friendly, and I had no trouble finding all the info I needed, both before and after making the purchase. Everything was laid out clearly, so I knew exactly how it would work with my setup. The shopping process itself was simple—just a couple of clicks, and I was ready to go. Installing and setting up the software was quick too, thanks to the helpful guides on their site. It all felt very straightforward. I had a small question during setup and reached out to the Support Centre, and I have to say, they were fantastic. Super responsive and clear in their answers—they got me sorted out in no time. If I could suggest one thing, it might be to add more video tutorials or walkthroughs showing advanced features or tips for getting the most out of the software. That would be a nice bonus. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase. The add-on has been a total game-changer in my studio, and the whole process of buying and setting it up was as easy as it gets. Top marks to Sonarworks!”

“Shopping with Sonarworks was easy! Finding the products I was interested in was a brease, and the purchase was quick. The only actual trouble I had was related to activating the liscenses for my products. It was a bit confusing how I needed to specifically go through the downloaded sonarworks app first to get to a specific page on the website to reach the liscenses. From what I remember, I struggled a bit trying to activate the liscenses the other way around.”

“In terms of pre and post sales, everything was ok. The support centre has also been very good. I didn't get why was not possible to purchase the two things with one bill only .. I made two purchase orders. Then the subscriber's pre sale didn't include the add-on I was looking for .. the discount was available only at black Friday start .. a little bit odd!”

“Hello! I’ve been a Sonarworks Sound ID user for more than a year with headphones only. Then I decided to upgrade, since I got UAD Apollo. While everything was clearly written in Sonarworks website, I wanted to double check the process. I received a clear fast and friendly response from Sonarworks team within a few hours. Both products (and mic) are performing perfectly. The usage and value for my home studio is absolutely greatr.”

“Recently upgraded from Sound ID for HP to sound Id for speakers and HP. The upgrade was very smooth and the delivery of the mic was extremely quick as Fedex was used for shipping company. I also had couple of questions during the set up process and the support team of Sound ID helped me in less then 24h. Very responsive and collaborative company. The product works perfectly and made a big change for my room sound and speaker collaboration. I recommend it to all serious producers.”
