“It's really amazing so far! A massive improvement in clarity. I actually bought Arc 3 first, and it was well worth the money to use Sonarworks instead. I wish I had known that beforehand. The one issue I have is that the standalone app is pretty buggy, I do continue to have problems with it even after troubleshooting. but overall, I would totally recommend this product.”

“Good communication, one week delivery (not good, not bad) Delivery was really bad, package got lost for a few days, and the delivery man just threw down the package next to my door in the middle of the street, even if I told them on their website (and by phone) that I wouldn't be there, and to let it to a very close neigbour... Only Fedex's fault of course, but they didn't ask me for my opinion, so I'm writing it here.”

“Sonarworks does a great job and I'm happy to use the SoundId Reference. The registering and activating of the Software was a bit confusing to me. Nevertheless, the support info on the website led me to the correct solution.”

“I went with the free trial of SoundID and loved it. I wanted to calibrate my room so I bought your omni microphone. Therefore, I thought it would have been suggested for me to get the license WITH the microphone. I have my part in the mistake by non-considering the whole package (bundle), but I really think you should have suggested me to buy both in 1 time. I felt quite aggrived and it was not the best experience due to that point. I hope you get this feedback as constructive. I think you have an awesome product and you'd win to accomodate. This feeling unfortunately hold me back to promote your stuff. Thank you and wish you the best!”

Once that has been done the shipping times are impacted only by the shipping company themselves. “I love sonarworks. I don't have any acoustic treatment at my studio, and there's no doubt that even with sonarworks on it is necessary, but wow... after I did the setup and activated my software it blew my mind! I can hear so much accurate now... Thank you sonarworks!”

“I found the app and video directions for calibrating my monitor speakers incredibly efficient and practical however the firmware / updates needed to make my Mac OS compatible with certain bugs and issues was challenging and required a fair bit of navigating through the sonar works website before i could address these issues. I feel that could have been more easily addressed if that is generally the case. Since updating this however I have had no more issues and look forward to more positive experiences.”

“Had some issues with purchasing online but after reporting it to the Sonarworks team it was fixed and everything was smooth sailing from there on out. The headphones are phenomenal and with the calibration curve, I tend to forget that I'm even wearing them - which is exactly what I want when I'm mixing. Great stuff!”

“Does what it's supposed to and they have a large selection of compatible headphones. You can customize the calibration which is cool. If you want a more accurate representation of your music give the trial a try and see if it's right for you.”
