“Haven't used the plug yet for mixing, but I notice that it has adjusted the problem frequencies in my headphones. Feels like a good product. "Something completely different" In the system there should be a hearing test so that a person with slight hearing defects can adjust the plug's volume on frequencies that are problematic for the person. Now it is perfectly adjusted for perfect hearing.”

“Dear Sonarworks-Team, in my opinion your customer service is quiet good. All questions I have are always answered very fast and very precise. For me the Product (I‘m using only the headphones) was like a game changer in my work as a small hobby musician and producer. Only thing I would recommend is the structure of your online shop. I found it pretty hard to find the (virtual monitor add on only). I would suggest (if I‘m allowed to) rearranging the shop menu on your webpage. Maybe like: -Hardware -Calibrated Headphones -Calibration Microphones -Calibrated Speakers -Software -Calibration for Speakers -Stereo -Multichannel -Calibration for Headphones -Addons -Virtual Monitoring (Headphones only) That would have made my shopping way easier. But all in all solid 4/5 ;)”

“Actually found it tricky to purchase the product I wanted… I didn’t find it obvious what the different products were, and what version I needed. Downloading and installing also seemed unusually awkward.”

“Enjoying Sonaworks and the flat response, dolby and other environments as well as the virtual monitoring that it brings. Understand that the company is working on a fix for the clicking that occasionally occurs when using 48kHz or more on Windows 11 platform. Otherwise, glad to have picked up this software on sale and use it for my mixing.”

“Could easily find everything. Really helpful software. Unfortunately i cannot use the APO driver -> in Ableton it gives a lot of crashes and latency, so i have to use the VST version. I hope the APO driver will be improved in the future, that would help a lot.”

“I've been using SoundID Reference for a while and it's been great for mixing with headphones. I feel confident that I'm working in a neutral environment so I can make decisions knowing that things will sound good on a variety of listening devices. I also like the fact that I can dial in a typical laptop or earbud to hear what my mix might sound like on that. The only issue I've been having is when I change to a different sample rate I usually have to restart my interface in order to get SoundID Reference to work again.”
