“Wasn't really sure if I needed to upgrade to SoundID from Reference 4 but took the plunge anyway and am very happy I did. The upgrade was relatively easy.The installation straight forward and SoundID offers some nice features Reference didn't have and simplifies things a bit”

“Sonarworks has been a great product for me. A very reliable tool as a music producer. I took advantage of the 21-day trial initially, fell in love with the product, then bought it. It is so much easier and more reliable to use than something like an AutoEq program, especially with an audio interface running its own ASIO driver. Adding my headphone profiles was so easy and I was impressed with the wide range of preset options available. Everything about the process of comparing buying options, purchasing, setting up, and implementing has been very smooth and seamless. I am very happy with my purchase. I have not needed to contact the Support Centre yet, but based on my experience with everything else, I am sure they are great.”

“I went with the free trial of SoundID and loved it. I wanted to calibrate my room so I bought your omni microphone. Therefore, I thought it would have been suggested for me to get the license WITH the microphone. I have my part in the mistake by non-considering the whole package (bundle), but I really think you should have suggested me to buy both in 1 time. I felt quite aggrived and it was not the best experience due to that point. I hope you get this feedback as constructive. I think you have an awesome product and you'd win to accomodate. This feeling unfortunately hold me back to promote your stuff. Thank you and wish you the best!”

“I was already using Sonarwork for my 3 sets of monitors, ( APS Aeon 2, DMAX SuperCubes 5 and Lipinski L-707 with A Drivers.) I travel 6 months a year and wanted to take a plunge in the new headphone technology without feeling out of touch when the time comes to make a critical decision. I quickly looked in SOundID to see if the new Hifiman Ananda Nano was available as an average curve but it was not so I decided to send them for individual calibration. The tech support was friendly and effective and the service was lightning fast but sadly the shipping was overly expensive to ship from Canada to Latvia (390$ CAD). I know it is quite a stretch but you might want to explore those 2 options to help your customers. 1- Get a rough quote on the price of shipping Headphones per region to Latvia so people don't have a big surprise like mine AFTER buying the individual calibration service. 2- Offer a pick-up/shipping service (aside) to region-specific based on your deal with your preferred shipping company as I know that businesses can get great discounts when dealing with their new shipping contract with a shipping company.”

“I'm just a home studio hobbyist who does acoustic guitar singer/songwriter type stuff. I've been using Reference3 and Reference4 for a few years in a fairly well treated, though not ideal mixing space. The calibration provided has proved very useful for translation of my mixes. However, to have a second handle on what I'm hearing I decided to purchase the HD650s plus calibration from Sonarworks. Although I still prefer to mix with speakers, the headphones match up quite favourably with what I hear through my speakers, so that's reassuring. To sum up, I'm a Sonarworks fan.”
