Turns your favorite headphones into audiophiles! Flat frequency range makes it possible to turn your ideas into masterpieces. A must have plugin!

it works awesome with my ath m50x. just with my sennheiser game one was supported! At one point it took over my speakers and made them way too loud. this broke on of my laptop speakers.

Sonarworks True-Fi software definitely makes a big, positive sonic impact when used with my Focal Elear headphones.

I wanted to hear what was recorded not how headphones color the sound, so this was an obvious choice for me. True-Fi was created to do just that with some limitations that's can't be overcome without true customization, which would require to scan each listener's ears. It did take me awhile to get used to this sound, which is understandable, but time and money well spent on that front.People spend thousands on silly "matching" and synergy when the obvious issue is with the transducers, and for less than a cheap amp this can be had that makes a big difference. Now it is the only way I listen to my HPs when I'm at home. Hopefully an Android version is in the works as well. Thanks for the product and your dedication to this project and future ones.

Sounds great. Very reliable. Though I do wish it had a separate EQ within to allow for more tone changing than the simple bass boost and tilt.

The software definitely improved my room pretty dramatically. The killer feature is that it works system but it’s crippled by not being able to switch outputs automatically. It’s a hassle and discouraging to use it when you have to manually re-rout every time. Hopefully that will come in a software upgrade.

My mixes could finally translate from off my headphones, really puts the mixes in perspective!!! Wish i could have the correction on my phone but nonetheless worth it!!!!!

I can rely on my headphones to give me an accurate balance of a mix, as well as test different listening circumstances in the app. Is great! Doesn't always connect automatically and allow audio to flow thru Apollo. (macOS Sierra)

Good approach for fairly consistent monitoring results. Would be even better if you could edit additional stereo correction curves, e.g. to match individual unsymmetrical hearing problems - either natively or by allowing VST plugins. After all this is a monitor tool at the end of the audio chain so it should not only compensate headphone/loudspeaker issues but any issues relevant to neutral monitoring.

It makes calibration easier, but lacks in depth information.

To be honest I am not sure it has made me happy yet. It makes things sound different and I think better but I look at SW as if I bought a new speaker. It takes time to get accustomed too and to understand how it relates to the outside world. But the setup and use of SW is brilliant

Absolutely no issues at all with the product, they've done a great job. I asked a follow-up q to the company which went unanswered, which was slightly disappointing. Nevertheless I'm very happy with the purchase.

Sounds great, stable plugin and "system wide" in macOS. The mic was delivered quickly, and the calibration process was easy. I calibrated multiple times and had similar results, which increases my confidence in the system

There's nothing left to do than believe that the calibration really makes the sound flat. For those who do mixing mainly on headphones this is a must, hopefully does the job. Anyway I would not rely completely just on headphones, even cheaper monitors brings you a different aspect of a mix, not better or worse, but different, so I would take the calibration as complementary and vice versa.

The product works as advertised, I just wish I could have it process my headphone mix separately from my nearfields, so I could quickly compare without having to turn the processing off manually when I’m switching between the two. I understand that this is not really possible with the software itself and is a hardware issue on my end, but still is a niggle for me, I guess I’m just spoiled in the “instant gratification age”. My Audio Technica M-50x’s can actually be used for (non-critical) mixing purposes now though, whereas I couldn’t trust them for anything outside of pleasure-listening previously.

Hey Guys, I like Sonarworks Reference very much. It's very easy and simple to understand the measuring process. It helped me to get the frequency response of my speakers nearly flat. One thing I would like is an extra subwoofer setting, wich you can set on and off. And I tried to measure my little kitchen radio, but this doesn't work because sonarworks says : "the distance between left end right speaker is to close". 😂😂😂 :D Apperantly I'm not easy to satisfy 😂 :D Otherwise I'm pretty happy with this app!! :)
